We offer the free OKM Direct service for customers who purchase their detector from OKM GmbH in Altenburg, Germany. This exclusive service includes a two-year warranty, exceeding the statutory warranty. It also includes a one-hour training session for your device. You also receive 90 days of priority technical support.
Correct handling of the device is a prerequisite for successful detection and good scan images. Therefore, we regularly post detection tips on our social media channels, such as Facebook. Our YouTube channel also regularly offers videos on how to use the individual devices. It's also very helpful to read the manual.
The OKM website is available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Arabic. The website language is typically selected according to your browser's default language. However, users can also manually switch between the available languages.

OKM's 3D ground scanners and PI metal detectors allow operating temperatures down to -20°C. Even snowfall, fresh snow, and slush do not affect the measurements. In contrast, when using metal detectors with VLF technology (without multi-frequency), road salt washed into the field from roads can cause interference.
